JD for the profile of Customer Service Executive


  • Experience in handling customer query & complaints.
  • Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.
  • Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.
  • Inbound & Outbound calling

Qualifications & Skills Required:


  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field
  • Experience: 1- 5 years in Outbound Calling
  • Excellent communications Skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills

  • Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.
  • 2 Sundays are working, Sunday are working can take comp off on week days.
  • Timing:-11am to 7:30pm

Location: Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)


Salary Range

  • 18K to 22K (Depends upon the candidate)
