Sr. Business Analyst @ NineHertz

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst (Post-Sales), you ll act as the bridge between clients and internal tech teams post project acquisition. Youll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, gathering and refining evolving requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery with optimal alignment to client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client expectations and business needs post-sales.


• Liaise between clients, development teams, and QA to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.


• Analyze business processes, workflows, and recommend optimizations.


• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of escalation for any delivery-related issues.


• Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and flowcharts.


• Track KPIs for ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery as per scope.


• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep.


• Conduct client training sessions / onboarding if needed.


• Suggest upsell opportunities based on client usage patterns and requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience Required - 7-10 Years


• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.


• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.


• Strong documentation skills - Wireframes, SRS, FRD, and user stories.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.


• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, etc.


• Proficiency in client management, especially for overseas clients (US/Europe).


• Tech understanding - APIs, mobile & web app architecture is a plus.
