Screen and interview candidates to match client requirements
Submit profiles to Account Managers/Clients with quality write-ups
Negotiate pay rates (W2/C2C/1099) and close candidates
Follow up with candidates and clients through the interview process
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job requisitions
