As Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall solution strategy and architecture. In collaboration with different teams, engage with customers to understand their unique demands and drive innovative, value-driven solutions. Help craft compelling business cases that set Nokia apart in the telecommunications market. With a focus on customer success, build lasting relationships with technical decision-makers, ensuring that the solutions not only meet but exceed business needs.
You have:
15+ years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on CNS (Core & Application) domains.
Proven track record in designing and delivering complex, multi-domain solutions for telco and enterprise customers.
Strong domain knowledge in OSS, Mobile Voice/Data Core, AIOps, Security, and autonomous operations.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills.
Strong pre-sales background with end-to-end architecture experience.
It would be nice if you also had:
Previous experience with XaaS business models.
Understanding of Machine Learning / AI platforms.
Familiarity with telco infrastructure, including assurance, service quality, inventory, and fulfillment solutions.
Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with the domain pre-sales, sales, commercial, and delivery teams
Generate a robust pipeline that supports achievement of assigned quota(s)
Understand customer business pain points and their established KPIs to meet their business objectives
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Position and emphasize Nokia CNS value, demonstrating business benefits and ROI effectively
Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts
Partner with account managers and Customer Business Team head to develop the opportunity
