Senior Data Engineer @ TechAffinity

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Data Warehousing & Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing data solutions, advanced SQL proficiency, and hands-on expertise in Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and Reporting.
• Develop and automate data pipelines using Python.
• Work with AWS cloud services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Warehousing & Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries with deep understanding of query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience in the SAS domain and understanding of financial data structures.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
