Job Description

Provide level 1 support for high-frequency trading activities in Asia Pacific.

Offer backup support for EU US platforms.

Manage software upgrades and releases.

Collaborate with brokers, service providers, and other technology groups.

Design and implement tools and reports to enhance departmental efficiency.

Position Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in an all-Linux environment, scripting (vi, Bash, Perl, Python), database/SQL (Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), and understanding of network and internet protocols (TCP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, etc).

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.

Others: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Electronic Trading is a plus.
