Technology Lead skilled design and development of Web Applications in Django and leading software development teams in Agile Development.

The responsibilities will include,

• Exploration of existing legacy application design and functionality.
• Design of web application in Django, SQL and ReactJS to replace the existing legacy application.
• Unit testing and fixing of defects identified during various testing phases.
• Participation in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders in user story sizing and sprint planning.
• Code reviews and peer reviews.
• Development of the modernized web application and its deployment on Azure.
• Manage and Lead the development team of developers and testers to complete the delivery in the required timeline and quality.
• Client stakeholder management, status reporting and governance.
• Support testing and post-production support for the application.

Mandatory skills:

Django, Python, Azure, Agile Software Development, Team Management

Desired skills:

ReactJS, Customer facing experience
