Contract terms - 3 years
Working days - Mon-Sat
Age : 30 to 45 years old
Accommodation - Provided by employer

*Visa Fees & Recruitment fees to be borne by the candidate.
*Air ticket will be provided by employer.
Salary ( in hand ) - 5- 8 years experience : Rs 95,000 per month fixed for 3 years
9 years & above experience : Rs 1,20,000 per month fixed for 3 years.
Role & responsibilities
Create plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new markets and customer needs.
Set sales goals and monitor performance
Provide training, coaching. and motivation to team members.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Address client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales report for management.
Work with product development and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Identify target audiences and market trends.
Oversee the development of brand strategies to enhance market presence
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop and oversee content for advertisements, social media, and promotional materials.
Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns
Conduct competitive analysis and customer research.
Identify opportunities for new products or services.
Lead cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
