Desired Experience
Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Background in marketing to developers or experience in developer-first and developer-plus organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and measure impact.

What will you do
Developer Programs: Implement and manage developer-focused initiatives to increase awareness, education, and adoption of our products.
Audience Analysis: Assess the current user base to identify opportunities for expanding reach and engagement with the developer community.
Community Growth: Develop scalable strategies to grow and engage the developer community through targeted campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with overall business goals.
Content & Events: Create compelling content and organize events that foster meaningful interactions and within the developer community.
Marketing Experiments: Conduct experiments across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, events) to identify effective acquisition and engagement tactics. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Metrics & Reporting: Regularly track community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance and impact.
