Job Description

As a Developer Marketer, you will drive product awareness, education, and adoption within developer communities. You ll own and execute developer-focused marketing strategies that highlight the value of our products, ensuring seamless engagement with technical audiences. This role requires a strong understanding of developer mindsets, B2B SaaS marketing, and technical storytelling to foster community growth and product adoption.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to think like a developer while executing like a marketer, using data-driven insights to craft compelling campaigns, educational content, and community engagement initiatives. marketing, preferably with a focus on building communities, is essential.
 
Desired Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Background in marketing to developers or experience in developer-first and developer-plus organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage technical audiences.
What will you do
  • Developer Programs: Implement and manage developer-focused initiatives to increase awareness, education, and adoption of our products.
  • Audience Analysis: Assess the current user base to identify opportunities for expanding reach and engagement with the developer community.
  • Community Growth: Develop scalable strategies to grow and engage the developer community through targeted campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with overall business goals.
  • Content & Events: Create compelling content and organize events that foster meaningful interactions and within the developer community.
  • Marketing Experiments: Conduct experiments across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, events) to identify effective acquisition and engagement tactics. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Regularly track community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance and impact.
