Senior Quality Engineer @ Thinkitive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand Product Architecture and Functionality
• Work with the developer team on the design and specification of features.
• Design end to end test pipeline
• Prepare Test Strategy/Approach for Testing
• Develop thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner for assigned features of the product.
• Design, develop & maintain test automation frameworks
• Identify and develop new test tools for increasing the test capacity
• Continually research new technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your ongoing QA process.
• Establish coverage and traceability
• Write Automation test plans which define the automation strategy and test cases for new features
• Help engineers find ways to attack new or difficult defects in the code
• Uses expertise and creativity for innovative product recommendations and solutions
• Gather test metrics from the team to monitor QE productivity and find improvements
