Who are we looking for
9+ years experienced candidate who has good experience in Project Mgmt , have handled projects as Project Manager. Looking for Junior level PM or PL. should have strong and proven knowledge in Mphasis process. Should be able to take up the internal and external process audits without any issues. Experience in managing risk , Invoicing , margin improvement.
Technical Skills :
Any technology skills like Java , .Net and Project Management Experience.
Process Skills :
Must have good experience on Mphasis SPEED process and MPPM.
Should be able to execute the project without any process level issues.
Should be able to face the process audit individually.
Behavioral Skills :
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Able to collaborate with the team effectively.
Looking for 5 - 6 years of work experience in any technology
Education qualification : B.Tech , BE , BCA , MCA , M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
Primary Comp & : Actimize - Project Managers
