Job Description
As a Solution Architect, youll dive deep into Nokia Core Network Integration, bringing expertise that shapes global connectivity. You ll lead presales efforts across a worldwide customer base, craft competitive solution strategies, and drive high-value engagements. If leading a team of talented solution architects excites you, youll love guiding them to deliver excellence in core network solutions. Youll also play a key role in defining cross-business global solutions, owning smooth handovers, and proactively leading end-to-end solutions that are as effective as they are innovative. This is where your leadership, vision, and technical prowess come together to shape the future of global networks.
You have:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electronics / Computer or Equivalent degree with 14+years of experience E2E solutions, services for turnkey projects and understanding of the presales/delivery lifecycle
- Technical knowledge of 5G, 4G core networks, Edge solutions, Automation & AI areas
- Strong grasp of the presales and delivery lifecycle, with a proven track record in driving innovation and automation across processes and tools
- Highly effective team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
It would be nice if you also had :
- Ability to think Out of the Box and from E2E perspective
- Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and a proactive attitude willing to take on extra work, lead with innovation, and drive tasks to completion
- Open to cross-functional collaboration with external teams and brings strong customer business understanding to every interaction.
- Prepare and review key service deliverables, including solution costs, technical designs, and documentation.
- Serve as a technical consultant with expertise in Nokia Core Network Integration.
- Lead presales activities for the Nokia Core Networks portfolio across a global customer base.
- Guide and support a high-performing team of solution architects specializing in Core Network solutions.
- Collaborate on cross-regional business solutions to ensure cohesive and scalable outcomes.
- Define and implement competitive solution strategies tailored to customer requirements.
- Own and manage seamless handovers between business groups for lead and support solutions.
- Proactively lead end-to-end solution development, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and completeness.
