Job Description
- As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing web applications, working across Windows and Linux environments.
- You will design and implement modern Python 3 web applications, develop REST-like APIs, and write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Your expertise in UI development, including AngularJS, JavaScript, and Selenium for automated testing, will contribute to creating seamless user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment are essential.
- Experience with Optical Transport Networking, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting in Bash and Shell is a plus.
You have:
- Bachelors of Engineering with 8 to 12 years with relevant work experience.
- Knowledge about Optical Transport Networking.
- Effective and cooperative work for the success of our global team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with Web Application development on Windows OS and linux and programming Python, Java Script and Angular JS.
- Writing and debugging bash and shell scripts with writing web UI Tests with Selenium.
- Experience with writing modern Python 3 web applications and developing modern REST-like APIs provided by the previously mentioned web applications.
- Writing unit and integration tests using the unit test library and mocks and working on GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Effective and cooperative work for the success of our global team.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
