Customer Support Executive-Noida @ NLB Group

Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts.
  
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements in line with company policies.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues or billing discrepancies.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  
• Meet collection targets and adhere to call quality standards.
  
• Follow up on broken promises and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  
• Provide excellent customer service while managing sensitive financial discussions.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a customer support or collections role.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  
• Knowledge of collections processes and legal recovery procedures is an advantage.
  
• Fluency in English and [mention any regional language if applicable].
