Job Title: Sales Executive Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
  
• Initiate first contact with potential customers via phone and email.
  
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstration sessions using appropriate screen-sharing tools.
  
• Deliver tailored, informative, and engaging product demonstrations.
  
• Understand customer requirements and effectively address their questions and concerns.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  
• Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring consistent follow-up and support.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for seamless lead transitions.
  
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  
• Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting and screen sharing tools.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Eligibility:

• Candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad are preferred.
  
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
