Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define job requirements for various IT positions.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, track candidate progress, and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates.
- Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers following interviews and facilitate discussions for decision-making.
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as a liaison between the company and the candidate throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruiting role.
- Familiarity with various IT job functions and understanding of key technical skills and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, cloud technologies).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
