Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design:
Develop and design engaging and interactive soft skills training programs tailored to various employee levels and departments.
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys
Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with DU heads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in soft skills training.
Incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs to keep them fresh and engaging.
Total Experience Expected: 08-12 yearsQualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance is preferred.
