Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements in line with company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues or billing discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Meet collection targets and adhere to call quality standards.
- Follow up on broken promises and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service while managing sensitive financial discussions.
Key Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in a customer support or collections role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of collections processes and legal recovery procedures is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and [mention any regional language if applicable].
