Sr. Software Delivery Engineer (full stack web application)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Core PHP and the MVC model
• Build and manage central databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and responsiveness
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and deployment
• Address and resolve technical issues, application bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Implement security and data protection best practices

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks and MVC design patterns
• Proficient in database design and development (MySQL)
• Experience with CodeIgniter framework
• Skilled in Angular 10+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs using CodeIgniter
• Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
• Good command over Linux environments and CLI tools
• Understanding of browser compatibility and web security practices
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Adaptability to fast-changing project requirements and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software delivery and web development
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time
