Job Overview

We are seeking a QA Architect to lead automation initiatives across UI, API, and data testing. This full-time role reports to the Head of Quality Assurance and is available in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Architecture: Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and data testing.
• Test Strategy: Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Tool Evaluation: Recommend and standardize automation tools and technologies.
• Data Testing: Automate data validation across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers.
• CI/CD Integration: Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Mentorship: Guide QA teams in best practices and ensure consistency in automation efforts.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors/masters in computer science or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in test automation and quality engineering.
• Programming: Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Testing Tools: Expertise in Selenium, RestAssured, and SQL.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications

• AI-powered testing tools experience.
• Contract testing with Pact or similar.
• Data quality frameworks knowledge.
