Position Overview:

An AI Consultant is responsible for helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve operations, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. They analyze business needs, design AI-powered solutions, and guide organizations through AI adoption, ensuring ethical and effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex business problems.
• Good understanding and work experience of AI applications, capabilities, and best practices.
• Should have a good understanding of various AI models and fields such as NLP, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Time series etc.
• Hands-on experience of developing and fine-tuning AI models.
• Good knowledge of designing AI applications with front-end and back-end development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from ideation and development to deployment and scaling.
• Work and manage team of AI developers, data scientists, and researchers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client engagement and consulting on AI solutions and use cases.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI consulting, data science, or AI solution development.
• Industry-specific AI experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) is beneficial.
