Teams work on a wide range of design patterns while building applications from small, focused utilities to distributed enterprise scale applications using Mon Monolithic (MVC) design pattern or Polyglot, micro services design pattern.

Technical skills and competencies
Automation Testing:
Develop and implement robust automation test scripts for Windows-based desktop applications and web portal applications.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation frameworks.
Programming Proficiency:
Utilize Selenium with Python to create efficient and effective automated test scripts.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
Framework Development:
Create and maintain automation frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the projects.
Implement best practices to enhance the modularity and reusability of the automation codebase.
Reporting:
Generate detailed test reports, including test execution summaries and defect tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate test results and project status.
CI/CD/CT Integration:
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and continuous testing.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with the development process.
Candidate Profile and Competencies
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation QA.
- Application Knowledge: Proficient in automating both Windows-based desktop applications and web portal applications.
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in either Selenium with Python or Selenium with Java.
- Framework Development: Proven experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch.
- Reporting: Ability to generate comprehensive test reports and documentation.
- CI/CD/CT: Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT) methodologies.
