JD for Collection Executive

1. Invoice uploading on Customer portal
2. Submission of invoice to customer along with required documents for payment processing.
3. Follow up with customer for release of payment.
4. Resolving customer query related to faster processing payment.
5. Checking synergy data for installation completion cases for bill submission.
6. Checking synergy data for pending installations and follow up with Regional Service Team.
7. Checking of Invoice with customer PO and Installation submitted by Service Team.
8. Raising invoice in Tally (optional)
9. Knowledge of Tally for extracting invoice/Credit Notes/Debit Notes in PDF and Excel Format
10. Follow up with Internal Team for required documents for invoice submission.

Candidate should have knowledge of Advance Excel and Tally and good communication in English.
