Remote Opportunity-Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM- ADOBE)

As a CSAM, you will:
- Ignite value-driven discussions around Adobe's Digital Media solutions.
- Foster strong connections with SMB customers across North America.
- Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in high-potential accounts.
- Maximize Marketing Qualified Leads within defined timelines.
- Utilize LinkedIn & ZoomInfo to discover expansion potentials.
- Manage your pipeline and keep stakeholders updated.
- Collaborate with experts to enhance solutions like Adobe Sign and Stock.
- Assist customers with Creative Cloud subscription challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven track record with a large set of SMB customer management.
- 2+ years in core end to end SaaS sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for technology and value-oriented sales.
- A proactive, task-focused approach to learning.
- Experience in international sales, preferably in North America.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Exclusions: Ed-tech experience, Lead generation, Onboarding, Renewals, Domestic Exposure is not considered.
