Job Description:
We are a leading bakery chain in Delhi NCR looking for experienced and passionate Bakers and Pastry Commis (Commis 1/2/3) to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in artisan bread making, French patisserie, and cake production, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality bakery and pastry items as per recipes and standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Knowledge of French pastries, cakes, and artisanal bread is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
