Job Description and Skill set requirement

Degree in Accounting & Taxation preferred.
6 plus years of tax experience in US Corporate Federal Income Tax (emphasizing US, State Income Taxes) SALT 1120
Experience in preparation of corporate state income tax returns including large combined unitary states such as California, New York, Illinois, Texas
Understanding of typical state income tax adjustments and state income tax concepts (apportionment, different filing methods, etc.)
Understanding of US State Income tax laws
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Excellent excel skills including pivot tables.

Responsibilities:

Calculation of State tax adjustments
Calculation of Tax depreciation and amortization
Experience in tax preparation software OneSource
Proficient in excel and data management including pivot tables
