Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage site engineering activities, including project execution, planning, and monitoring.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction engineering).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws applicable to the real estate industry.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
