Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B email campaigns targeting U.S. healthcare providers
- Build and manage email lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows
- Develop healthcare-specific email content aligned with RCM and billing pain points
- Monitor, analyze, and report on open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI
- Collaborate with content writers and designers for campaign assets
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing regulations
- Design lead nurturing journeys to convert cold leads into qualified prospects
- Create and manage landing pages, drip campaigns, and call-to-action (CTA) sequences
- Coordinate digital ads and retargeting to reinforce email messaging
- Assist in building and optimizing the sales pipeline using CRM and email platforms
Preferred candidate profile
- 58 years of experience in email and digital marketing, with 3+ years focused on the U.S. healthcare industry
- Deep understanding of healthcare personas such as practice managers, physicians, and ASC executives
- Strong experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data
- Familiarity with sales funnels, cold email outreach, and inbound marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
