Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint (PPT) design. A solid understanding of video creation tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.The senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, web and mobile interfaces, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Digital Print Design: Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms (websites, email campaigns, social media graphics, ads, storyboards for video) and print materials (reports, white paper, PoV s, brochures, posters, banners etc). Ensure all designs are optimized for various formats and devices.
- UI/UX Design: Utilize Figma to design user-friendly interfaces and prototypes for web and mobile.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and web agency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Presentation Design: Develop professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders. Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing slides.
- Video Creation (Good to Have): Edit and produce video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create motion graphics and animations that enhance brand storytelling.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.
- Collaboration Communication: Work closely with marketing teamsto understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills Qualifications

Design Tools: Expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong skills in PowerPoint (PPT) design for creating professional presentations
Design Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs
- Good-to-Have Skills Video Creation: Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion graphics
- Understanding of video production workflows and best practices
Additional Tools:
- Knowledge of other design tools like Sketch, XD, Canva and AI tools Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design collaboration
- Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
- Proven experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
