Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Alliance Manager to join our team and drive strategic partnerships with leading Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Azure, AWS, Oracle, and Google. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of managing partnerships that drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our relationships with these CSPs to accelerate joint go-to-market initiatives, product integrations, and customer success.


Strategic Partnership Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and Google.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with CSP partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, co-selling, and innovation.
  • Negotiate, close, and manage strategic alliance agreements that deliver measurable business outcomes for both parties.

Go-To-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies with CSP partners to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, solutions, and joint initiatives for partner-led campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify and execute joint product development or integrations that enhance our offerings on cloud platforms.

Partner Enablement:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and enablement of partner teams on new products, services, and solutions.
  • Conduct regular training and certification programs for both internal teams and partner sales teams to maximize cloud adoption and sales success.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on CSP platforms to drive internal education and best practices.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with cloud partners, aligning joint offerings to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
  • Support partners in generating and closing deals, providing technical and commercial guidance where needed.
  • Establish and manage KPIs to track and report on alliance performance, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (COE, Service Delivery, Pre-Sales, sales, and marketing) to integrate cloud offerings and ensure smooth customer deployments.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on alliance activities, performance, and areas of improvement.
  • Lead internal stakeholders through partner-driven business opportunities, ensuring alignment across all functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in alliance or partner management, preferably with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, services, and business models.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with cloud providers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex partner relationships and execute on business development plans.
  • Experience with joint sales, marketing, and GTM strategies in the cloud ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud certification programs (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and applications.
