We are seeking a Functional Architect with extensive knowledge of Tango CORE mobile payment solution The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project and application requirements, preparing various project documents, and ensuring compliance with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and prepare analysis, requirement, and functional specification documents
- Utilize test management tools to enhance process compliance and efficiency throughout the development cycle
- Create and present defect reports in a dashboard format
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process designs
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on acceptance reports
- Foster operational efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team
- Propose and implement technical solutions for identified defects
- Analyze service quality and recommend improvements
- Manage documentation using version control software
- Coach team members on technical and business aspects of applications
- Track and report project progress against established plans
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and analysis
- Proficient in creating functional specifications and project documentation
- Experience in analyzing application log files and flows
- Capable of workload estimation aligned with project roadmaps
- Skilled in analyzing test results and preparing reports
- Knowledgeable in risk assessment and stakeholder communication
- Familiar with monitoring tools, operating systems, and databases
- Experience with UML modeling tools (eg, EA, Visio)
- Understanding of UML, SQL, Cloud, and Microservices
- Competent in cross-platform compatibility across different web browsers
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve system/application bottlenecks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently support testing activities
