 Alliance Partner Manager

Job Description

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the organizations presence within the Microsoft partner network.
- Collaborate with sales, practice, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance partner programs.
- Analyze sales pipeline reports to identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to jointly drive opportunities with the Microsoft account team.
- Manage customer association processes such as Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR) and Partner Admin Link (PAL) for Azure, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Security.
- Publish and update solution offerings on Azure Marketplace, working closely with practice teams.
- Manage the Microsoft portal, ensuring user information, certifications, solution designations, and ACR metrics are up-to-date.
- Coordinate Microsoft ECIF (Enterprise Channel Incentive Funds) and Azure Innovate Funding programs with the sales team to maximize funding opportunities.
- Support technical teams with Microsoft specialization audits and customer references to maintain certifications.
- Drive skillset enhancement by managing the Microsoft ESI portal, providing access to learning resources, and supporting training and certifications with the LD team.
- Ensure all activities comply with Microsofts policies and reporting requirements.
Qualifications Skills Required:
- Bachelors or masters degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 3-5 years in managing partnerships and alliances, preferably at least 1-2 in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Microsofts products, services, and partner ecosystem.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and practice teams in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with licensing, deal registration, and incentive programs.
