Experience
2+ Years in Relevant Roles: Proven track record as a Game Animator.
iGaming Industry Success: Demonstrated creative excellence for games.
Skills & Expertise
Creativity and Imagination: The ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas that fit the games vision.
Passion for Games: A genuine interest in video games and an understanding of different animation styles and tools.
Proficiency in 2D Animation Software: Mastery of industry-standard software Spine. Experience In Adobe AE, Blender, etc. would be an added advantage.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work across various animation styles and tools.
Mastery of Animation Theory: Understanding how animation interact and evoke emotions to create harmonious and impactful experience.
Keen Eye for Detail: Meticulous attention to details, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality animation.
Organizational & Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Expertise in solving complex problems with attention to detail.
Industry Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Animation Production
High Quality: Crafting meticulously detailed, high quality entertaining animations (Characters, Props, Backgrounds, and UI elements).
Player-Centric Approach: create visually stunning animations that enhance user experiences.
Trends and Analysis: Analyse trends and other games to develop standout game feature animations. Research market trends and other games to drive creative Ideas and challenge industry norms.
Scope and Timelines: Ensuring that the final product aligns with the needs of the client and is delivered on time.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Internal & External Engagement: Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders including development teams, artists, and clients. Communicate updates, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Interests & Knowledge
Slot Games: Keen interest in games with knowledge of game mechanics.
Player Experience: Focus on enhancing player experience through animations.
Player Behaviour: Basic understanding of player behaviours and preferences.
General Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple animations in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor / Master In Animation or equivalent in animation art
Prior experience as a game animator or a related field is desirable.
2+ years of experience as an Animator with a solid understanding of game animations and competitor games.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
