Job Title: Team Lead Full Stack Developer having prior working knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)  domain as a Team Lead/Module Lead.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Team Lead (TL) with over 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Node.js and React.js. Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)  domain is highly preferred. Previous knowledge of working on e-Commerce as well as knowledge of ERP platform/FMCG will be given extra weightage. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, QA and DevOps engineer, drive architecture and implementation strategies, evolve ideas and ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure applications.

Role & responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a team of Reactjs and Nodejs Developers, QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps engineer, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers and evolve ideas and module to compete with contemporary Apps.
• Ensure adherence to JavaScript methodologies and lead sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide junior developers, conduct training, and enforce best practices.

Backend Development (Node.js, Express.js)

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, Message Queues (MQ), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain complex stored procedures and database structures in MySQL.

Frontend Development (React.js)

• Build high-performance, responsive, and eye-catching UIs using React.js and modern JavaScript libraries.
• Implement real-time graph-based dashboards and dynamic data visualization interfaces.
• Ensure best practices in frontend validation, API integration, and state management.

Cloud & DevOps

• Work with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) to deploy and maintain cloud-native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version control using Git.
• Ensure high-availability architecture and robust disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Full Stack Development (Node.js, Express.js, React.js).
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals with expertise in frontend/backend architecture.
• Solid understanding of cloud services, especially AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git version control systems.
• Strong database skills in MySQL and experience with stored procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
• Previous experience in QSR domain or e-commerce platform is highly preferred.
• Understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and agile workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Familiarity with ERP systems in e-commerce/QSR/retail operations. Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domain is highly preferred.
