Other than the core project we expect you to use your talent and wisdom for regular Asset/IP creation projects, Presales POCs as well as training activities. In addition, we also expect the individuals to gain more knowledge and skills in areas like CI/CT/CD, K8S, AWS/Azure/OpenStack/GCP, AI/ML, SecOps, etc. with the help of resources made available by AFour practices.
Teams work on a wide range of design patterns while building applications from small, focused utilities to distributed enterprise scale applications using Mon Monolithic (MVC) design pattern or Polyglot, micro services design pattern.

Technical skills and competencies
Languages & Frameworks :
o Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong experience with NodeJS and NestJS
- Good to have React and Tailwind experience
DevOps & Deployment :
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
o Comfortable with containerized deployment (Docker)
o Experience deploying to AWS (serverless a plus)
o Understands what it takes to deploy to production for SaaS apps
o Able to set up alerts/monitors and write CloudWatch Logs Insights queries
Tooling & Workflow :
o Comfortable working in Yarn monorepo environments
o Proficient with GitHub and Jira
o Experience using or building custom TypeScript decorators
Data & Integration :
o Experience with MongoDB and OpenSearch
o Solid grasp of data modeling
o Familiarity with WebSockets
o Experience designing end-to-end data processing pipelines
Other Skills :
o Able to contribute to DevOps work as needed
o Able to document code clearly
o Ability to look at legacy code and suggest ideas as to what to do.
Leadership & Autonomy:
o Proven experience leading small engineering projects or teams
o Comfortable owning features from design to production deployment
o Can translate high-level vision or product problems into working architecture and tasks
o Works well with ambiguous requirements and minimal specs
Responsibilities
Interface with customer for requirement gathering, analysis and technology discussions.
Perform Code Reviews of the team members and mentor the team on technology best practices.
Evaluate new technologies, frameworks and conduct POCs.
We promote a DevOps culture, so you will need to look beyond pure programming and get involved with the deployment and operation of the code we build.
Provide timely status updates and raise flags as needed.
Up skill and learn new technology as per the project demands.
