Marketing Specialist II

Role & responsibilities.
Position Overview:
We seek a seasoned Marketing Specialist II to join our fast-growing global portfolio. This pivotal role demands a visionary thinker who can develop and execute sophisticated go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive successful product launches, and create compelling product materials that support our business objectives. As a key player in our marketing team, you will lead initiatives that position our products and brand at the forefront of the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product launches and GTM strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product introductions
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to refine GTM strategies
Product materials
- Create and manage compelling product marketing materials, including brochures, solution sheets, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Ensure all materials align with brand/style guidelines and effectively communicate product
value propositions - Collaborate with the team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral
Sales enablement
- Develop and deliver training programs and tools to empower the sales team
- Create and maintain a sales enablement content repository, such as pitch slides, playbooks, demo scripts, etc.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement initiatives
Webinars
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars to educate customers and prospects about our
products and deliver thought leadership - Develop engaging content, secure relevant speakers, and manage all logistics for
webinar production - Analyze webinar performance and optimize future sessions
Website
- Oversee the development and maintenance of product-related content on the company website
- Ensure product pages are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
- Work with team to implement new features and improvements that enhance the
user experience
Events and Recognitions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external company events, managing all aspects including budget, logistics, vendor relations, and on-site coordination
- Analyze event performance and gather feedback to optimize future initiatives
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives and subject matter experts and support speakers with presentation materials and talking points
Research and pursue relevant industry awards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a global company
- Proven track record of successful product launches and GTM strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
