Position: POC Coordinator
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
As a POC Coordinator, you ll play a critical role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer impact. You ll have the opportunity to work closely with technical teams, sales, and sales engineers to ensure that proof-of-concept (POC) engagements are effectively scoped, executed, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: -
Execute and monitor POC demo projects using standardized methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
Ability to handle multiple POCs simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with global and senior stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
Handle deviations, manage change requests, and communicate impacts effectively.
Conduct post-engagement surveys and track satisfaction metrics.
Maintain project dashboards and provide timely status reports.
Develop processes, templates, and governance frameworks for efficiency.
Ensure effective resource allocation and maintain updated schedules.
Participate in engagement review meetings, reporting successes and improvement areas.
Maintain a transparent and accessible project repository for easy reference and tracking.
Support teams in adopting new processes and best practices.
Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualification and Skills:
At least 2 yrs of exp in Project Management
Should be from Networking background preferred
Education: BA/BS Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration, Sales required; advanced degree or certification
Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Strong teamwork skills with the flexibility to work autonomously when required.
Collaboration with global and senior stakeholders
Issue resolution, impact assessment, and change control processes
Resource allocation, business alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and cultures.
