Software Development Engineer - Trainee @ Narayan & Devrao

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background, hands-on experience with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL, and a deep understanding of MERN stack development. The role will involve building scalable, high-performance web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Implement efficient state management with Redux and optimize application performance.
• Build and maintain robust APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Utilize MongoDB connections, indexes, and queries for efficient data management.
• Ensure high-quality code with proper error handling, debugging, and unit testing.
• Collaborate with the team to implement real-time features using Socket.io.
• Work on performance optimization techniques to enhance application speed and user experience.
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN stack technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in an IT-related field (e.g., BSc, BE, or BTech).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack and associated technologies.
• Experience with Redux, Socket.io, and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of database operations, including indexes and connections.
• Expertise in debugging, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge or experience in android/ios game development will be considered a major plus.

Project Experience

• Proven experience working on 4-5 React-based projects, showcasing full-stack development expertise.

Internship Experience

• A minimum of one internship in web development, showcasing relevant skills.

GitHub Portfolio

• A GitHub profile with links to previous projects is mandatory. Candidates will be evaluated based on the originality and quality of their work.
