Job Description
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for various applications.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and design test strategies.
* Perform thorough regression testing and ensure quality standards are met before releases.
* Identify, record, and track bugs; perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
* Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
* Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
* IC - Individual Contribution
Skills Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10-20 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing.
Must Have Skills:
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java.
* Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
* Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
* Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Problem solving, spot solution to the problems, Root Cause Analysis

* Good functional knowledge on all the allied applications / modules
