New Era Group is embarking on an exciting new residential and hotel project in the picturesque location of Goa. We are seeking a charismatic and experienced individual from a hospitality background to represent our brand and showcase our premier properties to prospective clients and partners.
Role Summary:
The Hospitality and Real Estate Representative will be the face of our upcoming projects in Goa, utilizing their hospitality skills to provide an exceptional experience for visitors and potential buyers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in aviation or hotel management who excels in customer service and has a passion for the luxury real estate and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours and present our residential and hotel projects to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in hospitality to enhance customer experience during property showcases.
- Provide detailed information and answer queries regarding our projects.
- Assist in organizing and managing promotional events.
- Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on potential leads.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or certification from a recognized Air Hostess Academy.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to engage and impress an upscale clientele.
