Job Description

  • Be the main point of contact for Juniper/Partners for all requests related to quote creation, modification, and management.
  • Support the Sales team and partners with queries, quotes, and opportunity management.
  • Work with Juniper Account Managers directly on specific assigned tasks within established policies and procedures.
  • Interface with partners/distributors, Juniper Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Customer Master, Global Support, and Order Management related to quote/ordering queries and escalations.
  • Administratively responsible for creating/managing complex deals for assigned accounts and accountable for quotes.
  • Escalate customer problems to the respective SBM and/or AM.
  • Escalate quoting problems to the team lead and/or Managers.
  • Be we'll-versed in systems and tools required to manage quotes and answer queries from partners, customers, and the Juniper team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of processes and understand the upstream and downstream of processes.
  • Solve problems and handle escalations for the process and work on future projects to solve repetitive problems.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to discuss process issues and recommend solutions.
  • Contribute to team goals and create personal goals.
  • Act as a backup for senior team members and assist in training new hires.
  • Documentation and process planning.
  • Experience with people management will be an added advantage.

  • Previous related service business experience and quoting skills.
  • Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good team player and quick learner.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Project management knowledge.
