Job Title: IMDS & Material Compliance Analyst

Location:Coimbatore
Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 Years
Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and analyze material/substance trees in IMDS based on customer-released BoMs.
• Prepare and validate chemical composition datasheets for automotive components.
• Ensure IMDS entries meet ELV, GADSL, and other material declaration standards.
• Resolve queries from suppliers and customers related to material data.
• Conduct quality checks on supplier IMDS submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical/material data.
• Perform SoC analysis for REACH, RoHS, ELV, and Conflict Minerals compliance.
• Monitor chemical usage to ensure regulatory compliance.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with IMDS
• Knowledge of ELV, REACH, RoHS, GADSL, and Conflict Minerals regulations
• BoM and material data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
