Job Description

Job Title:L1 Support Engineer - Autosys
Experience2-5 Years
Location:Hyderabad, Indian (Work from Office) : Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for Autosys job scheduling and batch processing.

Monitor and troubleshoot Autosys job failures, escalating as needed.

Collaborate with application teams to resolve scheduling issues.

Perform routine health checks and maintenance of Autosys environments.

Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs and minimize downtime.

Adhere to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in Autosys job scheduling support.

Preferably worked in banking or financial services.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Willing to work in shifts and office-based setup.

Good communication and coordination skills.
