Are you passionate about using social media to drive meaningful impact? Join our mission-driven team as a Social Media and help us amplify our message, grow our community, and support our outreach and fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our mission and outreach objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging, values-driven content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone that reflects our organizations values
• Manage online community engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices, especially within the non-profit space
  

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in the non-profit or mission-driven sector
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for visuals
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve performance
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player
