Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to cold contacts within the UK/AUS/US time zones.
Effectively communicate and market our IT services, products, & product partnerships. Convert cold contacts into potential leads and set up appointments.
Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and appointments using Excel or CRM tools.
Maintain consistent and quality communication with internal stakeholders

Meet lead & pipeline targets and enhance brand visibility within assigned territories
Work closely with marketing, sales, & pre-sales team to move potential leads through the sales
Stay flexible and adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs to optimize sales
outcomes.
Skills and Competencies
1 year of Tele-calling/sales experience in the UK/AUS/US Process
Strong command over English
Experience in the IT services industry is preferred. Strong customer acquisition & sales skills
