The Product Team initiates operations with comprehensive inventory planning and forecasting, progressing seamlessly into transactional processes such as generating purchase orders and managing the creation of receipts for goods
This dynamic team is also responsible delivering project drawings and quotes within agreed SLA and for handling the introduction of new SKUs and producing a variety of analytical reports related to inventory management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
Coordinate project team meetings and maintain project documentation.
Cost Estimation:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, freight, and other related expenses.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with vendors, sales teams, and other project stakeholders to refine and adjust estimates as needed.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
Assist in the procurement process, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
Oversee to ensure project timelines are met.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and financial documents.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimating techniques.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, SharePoint) and estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revu).
Excellent Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements:
Valid Indian Passport and preferably a US Visa and the ability to travel as needed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
