About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy people person with a passion for connecting skilled professionals to the right opportunities? Intverse IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! Youll play a vital role in sourcing and placing top technical talent while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical roles
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  
• Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
  
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Post job openings and support recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
  
• Work closely with the hiring team to understand current and future staffing needs
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of working experience in recruitment or a related role
  
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
  
• Basic understanding of technical recruitment and IT roles is a plus
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS
