Workplace Transport Lead @ Entain

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations including routing, scheduling, shift-wise cab allocations, and timely employee pickups/drop-offs.
• Manage cab vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, performance metrics, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality service.
• Lead and mentor the transport team (executives, dispatch, and ground support), ensuring high performance, accountability, and morale.
• Prepare and manage transport budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality.
• Ensure adherence to local transport laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Prepare periodic reports for internal reviews and audits.
• Conduct regular checks and audits of cabs for hygiene, roadworthiness, GPS functionality, emergency support, and driver background verification.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee transport-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing satisfaction.
• Manage emergency response protocols, including accident management and alternate transport arrangements
