Software Engineer -( Workday HCM Consultant) @ Blue Yonder

Scope:

• Core responsibilities to include analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness. Maintains WD HCM operational activities

What you ll do:

• Understands and analyze business requirements and assists in design for accuracy and completeness.
• Develops and maintains WD HCM modules
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules

What we are looking for:

• BE/B. Tech or MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in WD HCM.
• Experience in Maintaining WD HCM tenant by handling tickets on different modules of HCM.
• Develops and maintains relevant product and domain knowledge
• Develops and executes Unit Tests
• Follows standard processes and procedures
• Identifies reusable components
• Ensures that the configuration is delivered for as per requirement by analyzing the RCA
• Identifies and resolves configuration bugs
• Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements
• Plans and prioritizes work
• Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
• Proactively seeks assistance as required
• Provide assistance or guidance to the new members of the team
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
• Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
