IT Product: B2B Portal eTip
eTip is an eCommerce platform and is used in the internet by BSH retailer, sales representatives and service partners in order to create sales, service
orders and book visits of service technicians.The orders will be transferred to the SAP ERP backend system. There are plenty of additional services and functionalities which are used by the user connected with the sales and service orders, e.g. sales order history or availability check. '
The global solution is already live in 42 countries with appr. 60.000 User. Constantly new features are implemented and the Roll-out projects are ongoing.
From the technology perspective eTip is developed in UI Frontend Fiori and runs in the AWS Cloud. As backend system SAP ERP is used. Interfaces to
the PI Center enable the integration of all necessary product information. Further the Content Management System First Spirit is connected.
The B2B Portal Scrum Team is integrated in the Shape B2B Pre-Sales with appr. 80 internal and external Shape members. On Shape level B2B Pre-Sales acts with the Shape Owner, the Product Management, the Shape Train Engineer and the Solution Architects. The Scrum Product Owner is connected over the weekly PO Synch. For eTip three cross-functional Scrum Teams are existent with two POs and two Scrum Master.
Tasks
Working in a Scrum Team with 12 team members.
Prioritization of the backlog and creation/refinement of features and user stories.
Stakeholder management especially with the connected business area.
Close collaboration with Product Management in the Shape and with the additioanl Scrum Team delivering the eTip solution.
Communicating the vision to the scrum teams
Understand and transfer business requirements to the teams
Organizing and leading the Review Meeting.
Skills/Knowledge
Experience in agile lean leadership;
Communication skills, able to orchestrate Business and Service providers, willingness to work in an international located team;
Usage of agile working methods and tools (Scrum, KANBAN, JIRA/Confluence);
Excellent knowledge and understanding of B2B business processes in the area of sales & repair
Experience in service repair and after sales processes. (Field Service order flow, spare parts sales processes)
Solution-driven, service and customer-oriented approach;
Strong problem-solving skills with high reliability, analytical thinking
Strong negotiation skills;
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Education
Studies in (Economics) Information Technologiy, Business Administration, or similar;
Experience in the domain of B2B processes and SAP CRM-based system environment;
Agile mindset;
